And the best possible side dish to Mexi-esque cuisine, Negro Modelo. These days, mostly called Afro-Americano Modelo:

And don't forget the unpriced tortilla chips and salsa, a tasty friend. Now, is it just me, or does that salsa fresca look a lot like raspberry jam?:
